Supported Printer Types
This promotion is for Colour A4 Laser printers and A4/A3 Inkjet Printers only. Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service on A3 laser printers under this scheme although if you have an A3 Laser printer and want it supported then please contact us. We reserve the right to exclude printer models from the promotion such as the Xerox Versalink or the HP PageWide Pro range.
Supplies
This promotion is designed for customers using compatible or remanufactured supplies. If you wish to continue to using OEM or original supplies, this promotion may not be suitable to your needs.
Inkjet Printers
Whilst we can address many issue with faults relating to smaller residential inkjet printers, such as jamming, alignment and error messages, we cannot provide service for issues that require replacing the printhead or fixes that require access to parts not spared by the manufacturer.
Data Collection
To efficiently manage this service, we will need to install our print management software on your computer or network.
Beyond Economic Repair
In some cases, a printer may be beyond repair due to the unavailability of parts or its age. In such instances, the printer may be declared “Beyond Economic Repair”.
