A historic company
Founded in 1984 Central Peripherals Ltd was a bespoke consultancy operation which assisted companies and organisations acquire and install data capture and labelling systems and incorporate them into their operations.
As the company expanded so too did the product portfolio to the extent that they offered bespoke software solutions designed to track record and inventory which was used by local authorities and organisations throughout the UK and the rest of the world
In 2016 Central Peripherals was acquired by Precision Peripherals Ltd. Based in Swansea, PPL is a boutique printer service company which provides a range of onsite and back to base repair services for manufacturers, resellers and end users.
With a network of printer engineers situated throughout the UK, the PPL infrastructure and service capability compliments and supports the Central Peripherals product portfolio providing their customers with first class support.
Acquisition by Precision Peripherals Ltd
Chris Manning is the Head of Group sales of Precision Peripherals Ltd.
Chris has over 35 years in-depth experience of the print industry with leading manufacturers, he has managed both distribution and OEM channels across EMEA for a major Line , Laser , Thermal and verification manufacturer as well as heading up the Print Division for an European Distributor.
He has spent the last 12 years leading the Sales Divisions of AutoID companies, supporting all types of customers - from one-man operations through to Global blue-chip organisations – taking the time to develop trust and confidence to gain a full understanding of existing and future print needs, data capture and operational goals, to provide the most effective and complete solution for today’s business.

Jonathan Richards
Jonathan Richards is the Managing Director of Precision Peripherals Ltd. He joined the company in 1999 as an IT technician before transferring into finance. He was appointed Financial Director in 2008 before becoming the Managing Director in 2015.
His proudest achievement is that even though he joined the company in 1999 there are 13 employees who has been here longer than him.
