Step 1 - Initial Consultation

We believe that speaking directly with you allows us to gain a better understanding of your issues. This conversation may also help identify any underlying faults, thereby improving the chances of achieving a first-time fix.

Step 2 - Transparent Quote

Following on from the initial consultation we will provide you with a quote for the callout and any parts that we think we be needed. Copier and printer parts can be very expensive, but thanks to our direct purchasing relationships, we can pass our savings on to you.

Step 3 - Arranging the Visit

Once you decide to proceed, we’ll log the call and provide you with a unique reference number. If parts are required, they will be sent to you in advance. Our schedulers will look at the other calls that have been logged in your area and then allocate one of our local printer engineers to attend at a time and date that suits you.

Our English schedulers in our head office in Dollar will organise for one of our photocopier engineers to service, fix and repair your printer in Reading.

Step 4 - Following on from the visit

If all goes to plan, you will have a fully functioning printer once the engineer has completed their work. However, there may be occasions when additional parts are needed. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee that your printer will be fixed after the first first. In such instances, we will provide you with a written quote detailing the necessary part and services. Our printer engineers will never replace a part on your printer without your explicit consent.

Occasionally, a fault is so severe that the repair is classified as “beyond economic repair”.
